These include Mt Wellington, the Huon Valley and Channel area, wineries, Peppermint Bay, Port Arthur and the Tasman Peninsula, the Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Thermal Pool and caves, the historic village of Richmond, Salmon Ponds, Russell Falls, Bruny Island, Cadbury's chocolate factory as well as day hikes and bike rides in wilderness areas. Other nearby activities and attractions such as tours of the Hobart Rivulet under the city, historical walking tours, Battery Point, river and harbour cruises are just a walk away; such is the convenience of Sunray Apartment. Sporting and entertainment venues, the Hobart Transit Centre, churches, shops, Salamanca Place and Market, hospitals and Parliament House are also within easy reach.		Location     Click on the map to view an enlarged version which you can print.   Facilities Your fully serviced studio apartment has a queen size bed electric blanket heating digital TV radio/CD player kitchenette bathroom with heated towel rails This is excellent value for private, quality accommodation in the middle of Hobart. The apartment is on the ground floor with a private garden entrance. The kitchenette is equipped with microwave, fridge, steamer, frypan, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, hairdryer and heated towel rail. All linen is supplied. A fast wash/dry laundry service is available for guests, ironing equipment is supplied and there are clothes drying lines on the roof.   Rates and arrangements Rates are subject to change without notice. Short and medium term lease rates are available. There's no charge for children up to 3 years using existing bedding. The apartment can sleep one or two people in a queen bed. Check out time is 10.00am. Check in time is 2.00pm. Earlier check in and/or later check out may be possible on the day, at no charge. There is no reception or manager on site. Key collection on arrival is by appointment. Guests are asked to phone ahead to confirm their arrival time.   Eat out locally... Parking Street parking is available in the immediate area, mostly 1 or 2 hour metered spaces between 0800 and 1800 Monday to Friday; free at other times. Some 2 hour free parking is available in Heathfield Avenue. Inquire for longer term parking options.
